Casa de las Amigas is a 24-hour non-medical substance treatment center for women. We emphasize the abstinence of alcohol and/or other mind-altering substances and the need for physical, mental and spiritual growth in the recovery process. Women 18 years of age or older (or emancipated minors) are provided a safe, clean and sober environment to help them reach the goal of becoming alcohol and drug free. - CDLA

Foothill Family Service helps the San Gabriel Valley with family centers in Pasadena, El Monte, West Covina and Duarte.

Working with more than 22,000 clients and family members a year, our staff of more than 290 employees includes social workers, marriage and family therapists, early childhood therapists, parent partners, psychologists and consulting psychiatrists.

NATHA provides community and youth development programs to North Pasadena with a strong focus on providing programs and direct services to underserved children and youth, Kindergarten-12th grade. Youth programs are directly linked and integrated with neighborhood schools, are cost-effective to participant families (no cost to low-income families), are evidenced-based and outcomes driven, and provide essential enrichment and learning opportunities that encourage social and emotional growth in a safe and healthy environment. - NATHA

The PAL Center offers an array of activities designed to enhance the educational, athletic, and artistic experience of young people. PAL continuously strives to realize its mission to “Encourage Pasadena Area Youth to be Good Citizens through a Partnership with the Pasadena Police Department.” The goal is to reach youth at an early age in support of their development by fostering positive attitudes toward authority figures, while providing a safe and stable environment after school to do homework, socialize and participate in structured summer activities. - PAL

The Pasadena Police Foundation was founded in 1993 to foster involvement of the Pasadena community with its Police Department. The Board of Directors of the Foundation is comprised of community leaders representing the rich diversity of Pasadena. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote and fund programs that further the goals of the Police Department to supplement the city’s general fund. - PPF

Villa Esperanza Services meets the needs of children, adults and seniors with developmental disabilities by using innovative techniques to build independence and confidence in each individual. - VES

Little League® is an international pastime that has been a fabric of societies throughout the world for 75 years. Since its founding in 1939 by Carl Stotz, Little League has instilled leadership, character, courage and loyalty in all that participate, including the nearly 1.5 million adult volunteers. Little League can be found in more than 80 countries worldwide with more than 2.4 million children participating each year. Little League has celebrated many milestones due to the dedication of its players, parents and volunteers. - WPLL

Sons of The American Legion members continue to work together with The American Legion to promote Children and Youth programs including the American Legion Child Welfare Foundation, in which the Sons of The American Legion has raised over $5 million during the last 24 years. - SAL

The Pasadena Ronald McDonald House provides a community supported "home away from home" for families coming into Pasadena to seek advanced medical treatment for their critically or terminally ill children. Premature births, cancer and other critical illnesses can put unimaginable stress on a family and, in addition, many families must travel great distances looking for treatments and answers not found near their home - we're here to help. - RMH
