Officer Dumaguindin is honored for Operation Jump 22

Officer Dumaguindin is honored for Operation Jump 22 Joaquin, Stephanie, and Edwin all participated in Operation Jump 22
On November 2, 2019, Corporal Joaquin Gurrola, Officer Stephanie Lack, and Officer Edwin Dumaguindin participated in “Operation Jump 22” am organization that was founded in 2017 to raise awareness and money to help prevent military veteran suicides through skydiving.

“Operation Jump 22” partnered with the non-profit organization “Merging Vets with Players” (MVP) founded by Jay Glazer and Nate Boyer, an organization that merges professional athletes with veterans through physical fitness to assist combat veterans as they transition out of the military.

Joaquin, Stephanie, and Edwin, all three military veterans themselves, made the jump last Saturday in San Diego successfully raising money for this worthy cause; outstanding humanitarianism by all three Pasadena PD employees!

However, Officer Dumaguindin went above and beyond, raising the most money for the event! Last night, MVP honored him at their “Unbreakable” gym in Hollywood, where they presented him with a wooden American Flag. Special thanks to Sergeant Burchett, who attended the presentation in support of Duma!
We asked and you generously delivered. Thank you.
